Peter Burlage

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Burlage began his tenure as CEO of Dustex Holdings in 2016, where he has driven and continues to drive significant change by developing a team of highly qualified, self-directed, and empowered individuals.

Peter Burlage has an extensive background in the manufacturing industry and has over 15 years of executive-level experience that includes President, Vice President, CEO, COO, and Board Chairperson positions. He held many of these titles during his 23-year career at Peerless Manufacturing – a company that provides high-efficiency pollution control, and separation/filtration equipment to the oil, gas, and power-generating industries around the world.

Ron McCrummen

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McCrummen joined Dustex Holdings LLC in November 2018.

After spending 20 years with Ernst & Young, achieving the position of partner in both the firm’s assurance and transaction advisory practices, he served in senior finance positions for both public and PE-backed domestic and global manufacturing companies. His roles have included Chief Financial Officer, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. McCrummen brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, treasury, financial reporting and analysis, information technology, process improvement, managing in a global organizations, and executing the monetization of corporate assets.

Denise Felch

Human Resources

Ms. Felch leads Human Resources for Dustex Holdings LLC.

She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources supporting businesses in technology, retail, and construction industries.

Ms. Felch possesses a strong history of leading HR initiatives and driving excellence in resource management.  She is focused on successes in managing strategic communications, developing and leading high-performing teams and individuals, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
