Chief Executive Officer

Mr. O’Shea recently began his tenure as CEO of Dustex Holdings (the parent company to LDX Solutions) in 2021. He has over 25 years of experience with Industrial Project, Product, and Service companies and brings the ability to translate vision into strategy, strategy into action, and action into sustainable results and resilient organizations with several years in a global technology provider to the cement and minerals markets leading the air pollution control business.

Brian Kalata

Executive Vice President of Sales & Technology

Mr. Kalata provides leadership in the areas of engineering, sales, business development, and product design. Representing LDX Solutions for over 13 years, he has served as the customers’ primary point of contact by ensuring systems meet the customers’ commercial and technical requirements as well as specifications within the established budget and schedule.

Mr. Kalata has over 23 years of experience in the fields of air pollution control and the cement industry as chief technical officer, engineering manager, senior project manager, applications engineer, and contract manager.

Ron Shriver

Senior Vice President of Operations

Mr. Shriver has over 40 years manufacturing and leadership experience, Ron has served as a corporate officer with four global manufacturers in the Automotive and Air Filtration industries with annual operating budgets up to $580 million. He started out his career in electronic controls design and received a design patent for an automated machine control system in the die cast industry.

An internationally renowned expert in concurrent engineering, automotive manufacturing, and the implementation of new technologies, his responsibilities have included process and product engineering, multi-plant operations management, and economic development through the expansion of manufacturing operations. He has served an appointment on a Material and Science Committee of the U.S Department of Energy, sponsored by N.A.S.A., along with serving board positions on Honda Engineering of America, SAE’s Center of Excellence, Center for Precision Forming Industrial Advisory Board, Ohio State Transportation Research Committee and the Industrial Advisory Board for Ohio State University’s CAMM Center. Ron has led executive teams and hired leadership staff for six greenfield plants with capital investments totaling over $765 million.

Andrew Ross

Director – Global Process Sales

Mr. Ross joined LDX Solutions in July 2017. Andrew leads the global sales effort for Lundberg process systems including the outside sales and proposal engineering groups.

Andrew has over 10 years of experience selling process equipment into the Pulp and Paper industry in the US, South America, and Europe.

Denise Felch

Human Resources

Ms. Felch leads Human Resources for Dustex Holdings LLC.

She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources supporting businesses in technology, retail, and construction industries.

Ms. Felch possesses a strong history of leading HR initiatives and driving excellence in resource management.  She is focused on successes in managing strategic communications, developing and leading high-performing teams and individuals, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Ms. Haleblian represents LDX Solutions in management of financial operations and project management oversight.

Ms. Haleblian has over 20 years of experience as controller in a variety of service and construction industries.

Dale Dill

Vice President Aftermarket Sales & Services

Mr. Dill represents LDX Solutions through managing all aspects of sales and operations for the Aftermarket Division. He is also responsible for vetting regional contractors and managing the remote field force. He coordinates with customers and identifies customers’ needs for parts and aftermarket services.

Mr. Dill has over 26 years of experience as an operational leader in all aspects of service and installations with daily customer interaction.
