LDX Solutions was formed in 2019 as the next evolutionary step resulting from the 2016 merger of Dustex LLC and Lundberg LLC. The acquisition of Western Pneumatics came soon after allowing us to expand more rapidly and to invest in new product development. As LDX Solutions, our branded identities are maintained under one corporate umbrella and our current and future customers can experience the trusted Lundberg®, Dustex®, Geoenergy® and Western Pneumatics products, along with the superior service for which we are known.

William O’Shea, CEO
Chief Executive Officer
Bill has been the CEO of LDX Solutions since January 2021. He brings 30 years of experience with Project, Product and Service companies serving heavy industry. Past roles have been leading organizations focused on water and air pollution control, cement, mining, power generation and building materials. Bill translates vision into strategy, strategy into action, and action into sustainable results and resilient organizations.

Don Wright, CFO
Chief Financial Officer
Don joined LDX Solutions in January 2022 focusing his efforts on improving the accounting and administrative functions by realigning the accounting processes, integrating the company onto a single enterprise system, and developing more efficient procedures.
Don brings more than twenty years of experience as a senior finance executive of several small to mid-sized companies in industries ranging from manufacturing, software, IT services, healthcare and biotechnology. His experience makes him well suited for LDX Solutions’ breadth of industries and services and its need to integrate and drive efficiencies.

Ron Shriver, COO
Chief Operational Officer
Ron joined the company in 2021. He has over 40 years of manufacturing experience and has held leadership positions in both engineering and operations for several global manufacturers in the Automotive and Air Filtration Industries. These include Honda Motor, Tower Automotive, Thyssenkrupp Fabco, Martinrea, and AAF Flanders. He has expertise in concurrent engineering, metal forming, automation engineering, reducing manufacturing costs, process improvement, and leading execution teams for manufacturing expansion projects. Ron has served on several industry boards and an appointment to the National Science Foundation Committee on New Materials.

Brian Kalata, EVP APC Operations
Executive Vice President APC Operations
Brian provides leadership for the APC Division engineering, project management, and product design. Representing LDX Solutions for over 17 years, he has served as our customers’ primary point of contact by ensuring our systems meet the customers’ commercial and technical requirements as well as specifications within the established budget and schedule. He has over 27 years of experience in the fields of air pollution control and the cement industry and has held the roles of Chief Technical Officer, EVP Sales, engineering manager, senior project manager, applications engineer, and contract manager.

Matt Devitt, VP Aftermarket

Having worn many hats in the engineering, project management, and sales realms. Matt is happiest working with his Team and Associates to find a solution, creating bespoke value for our Partners. As the VP of Aftermarket, his focus is on finding solutions for customers while providing a world class customer experience. Matt started his career with Lafarge at the Alpena Plant as a Chemical Engineer. Over the last 20-years, he has held varying roles within the Cement, Lime, Steel, Power, and Fabric Filtration Industries.

Michael Szczachor, VP APC Sales
Vice President APC Sales
Michael joined LDX Solutions in December 2021 as the Vice President of APC Sales to lead the sales and application teams’ efforts to provide Air Pollution Control equipment to LDX’s broad customer base. Michael is a senior leader with over 12 years of experience in the areas of engineering, sales, business development, product design, and program and operations management. He started his career as a Plant Engineer and has held roles as Division Engineering Manager, LSS Black Belt, Applications Engineer, Project Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales.

Chris Peterson, VP Pneumatic Conveying
Vice President Pneumatic Conveying
Chris directs the sales and application team’s efforts to provide engineered solutions to pneumatic dust control and conveyance. Chris began his career at Western Pneumatics in 2006, starting as a Project Engineer. He has held the role of Project Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Sales/Applications Manager prior to his current position.

Tracy McClain, VP Manufacturing
Vice President Manufacturing
Tracy joined Western Pneumatics in 1993 where she held various positions in accounting including leading the financial management of the company as Chief Financial Officer. In 2017, she joined the Board of Directors and played an active role in preparing the company for acquisition. She was instrumental in providing financial guidance to ownership when the company was purchased by LDX Solutions in 2021 where she became the Divisional Controller. Recently she was promoted to VP Manufacturing with responsibility for the manufacturing operations in both Eugene, Oregon and Ruston, Louisiana. She has expertise in financial controls, financial reporting, ERP implementation, tax laws, manufacturing cost reduction, and managing Accounting, Human Resources, and IT shared services.

Paul Seefeld, Business Dev Manager
Business Development Manager
Paul has been with LDX Solutions (formerly Lundberg) since 1999. He is currently the North American Business Development Manager and residing in Jacksonville, FL. Before joining Lundberg, he was a Product Manager and Product Engineer for the Beloit Fiber Systems group. He has been a member of BLRBAC, TAPPI, and the Pine Chemicals Association.

Ibon joined LDX (formerly Lundberg) in 2013. He has over 24 years of experience with Industrial and Engineering companies. Ibon is responsible for the remarkable development and growth (700%) of the European business from our LDX offices in Bilbao-Spain. Customers from more than 20 countries now choose LDX Solutions for our attention to detail, support, and expertise leading to profitable improvements to their operations.
