A Bin Vent is a filter designed to extract dust from conveyors, silo’s, surge bins, etc. The Bin Vent uses an exterior fan to pull process air through the filter medium and discharge that air to atmosphere. The Bin Vent can use a bag or cartridge as the filter medium. Compressed air is used to purge the filter medium forcing the dust or cake to fall off the exterior of the medium back into object it is cleaning.
BIN VENT CARTRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

The bin vent is compact, it includes a clean air section with external manifold and valves, cartridge section with access door and flanged bottom. An external fan can be mounted on top or to the sides of the clean air section. A control panel is mounted conveniently for inspection of the operating characteristics.
